Deltapor MB melt blown filters
Deltapor MB melt blown filter cartridges are part of the Envirogen range of depth filter cartridges. This range is nominally rated, with graded density and high porosity. Deltapor MB melt blown cartridges are manufactured from polypropylene or nylon microfibers which offer high throughputs, low pressure loss, high dirt capacity and a long onstream lifespan.
The robust, bonded fibre construction minimises fibre migration and resists particle shedding, even under pulse conditions. Consisting only of pure polymer, Deltapor MB melt blown cartridges are compatible with most chemical processes and contain no additives, leachables or extractables, ensuring compliance with FDA standards. Deltapor MB melt blown cartridges also meet the requirements for food contact as detailed in European Regulation Number 1935/2004 and are certified by NSF 42 and FDA CFR title 21.

Deltapor MBA/Melt Blown Absolute Filters
Deltapor MBA absolute-rated melt blown filters are part of the Envirogen range of depth filter cartridges. These absolute-rated (Beta 5000), graded-density filter elements are manufactured from melt blown polypropylene or nylon microfibres layered onto a resistant central core. Melt blown cartridges are manufactured with numerous, distinctive filter zones. Coarser outer layers act as pre-filters for the tighter, absolute-rated central zone. This removal profile provides high-void volume with high flow rates, low pressure losses, high dirt holding capacity and long life. The thermally-bonded polypropylene and nylon filter media eliminates fibre migration and resists unload during service. Deltapor MBA melt blown filter cartridges offer extremely wide chemical compatibility and temperature resistance of up to 80°C, for polypropylene, and up to 135°C, for nylon.
Deltapor MBA filter materials meet FDA CFR title 21 requirements and European Regulation Number 1935/2004 for food contact. The filter cartridges contain no binders, resins or adhesives.

Polyolefine CP melt blown filters
Polyolefine CP melt blown filter cartridges are part of the Envirogen range of depth filter cartridges. This range is nominally and absolute rated, with graded density and high porosity. Polyolefine melt blown cartridges are manufactured with advanced fibres and a lower melting point outer sheath to create three-dimensional bonding.
The porous structure of these filter cartridges is maintained by the more rigid inner fibres which do not melt during the nodal fusion process, producing a highly porous and rigid structure for reliability and consistency.
The filter cartridges contain no silicon, binders or adhesives.
Product details:
- Three-dimensional bonding
- High dirt holding capacity
- Long filter service life
- 100% polyolefine (CP) for compatibility with a wide range of process fluids
- Micro-denier melt blown filtration fibre with high removal ratings
- Formed by thermal bond without the use of silicones or any other binders or adhesives
- Full range of thermally welded end caps with retrofits available for most applications
- Ratings: 1.0µm – 200µm
Typical applications:

Polyester CPH melt blown filters
Polyester CPH melt blown filter cartridges are part of the Envirogen range of depth filter cartridges. This range is both nominally and absolute rated, with graded density and high porosity. These Polyester CPH melt blown cartridges are manufactured with advanced fibres with lower melting point outer sheath to create three-dimensional bonding.
The porous structure of these filter cartridges is maintained by the more rigid inner fibres which do not melt during the nodal fusion process, producing a highly porous and rigid structure for reliability and consistency.
Polyolefine CPH filter materials have excellent resistance to aggressive solvents, such as benzene, xylene and toluene, and can be used in temperatures up to 120°C.
Product details:
- Three-dimensional bonding
- High dirt holding capacity
- Long filter service life
- 100% polyester for compatibility with a wide range of process fluids
- Extra fine fibre construction with high removal ratings:
