Envirogen filter cartridges are used by some of the biggest global brands, across the food and beverage, chemical processing, municipal water, semiconductor and microelectronics industries to remove particles from fluids. Our wide product range provides nominal and absolute filtration options and all filter cartridges have specific micron ratings to meet specific standards according to particle size. Depending on the filter element design, our filter cartridges can capture particles on the outside or inside of the element. Filter cartridges are constructed using various materials (woven, non-woven, and membranes) and can be supplied in many different lengths, diameters, micron ratings and connections depending on your specific site and process requirements.
Our filter cartridges are designed to be encased as consumable components within filter housings. As more particles are captured, the differential pressure over the filter element increases. When the pressure reaches the recommended change-out limit, the cartridge will need to be replaced.
Tailored filtration solutions to meet your needs
With so many filtration options, it can be difficult to choose the filter cartridges and filter housing for your application.
Choosing the right solution depends on:
- Process temperature
- Type of liquid or gas medium
- Type and percentage of solids
- Operating and design pressures
- Desired particle removal size
- Size and micron ratings
- Viscosity of the fluid
- Available space
- Approvals process and regulatory requirements
- Other factors linked to your process/application
