We would like to notify you of the following:
LAST DAY FOR 2024 ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
- Our last date for accepting new orders for delivery before Christmas is Friday 20th December with our final shipping date being Monday 23rd December.
- Depending on the courier service used, please expect pallet deliveries to arrive on Thursday 2nd January, and smaller packages to arrive on Friday 27th December.
- Due to the extremely high volumes of goods being shipped by businesses through courier networks we would suggest allowing 2 days for all deliveries.
- Any orders received after Friday 20th December will be dealt with from Thursday 2nd January 2025.
SERVICE SUPPORT AND EMERGENCY CONTACT:
- We will be closed on weekends and UK & EU Public Holidays: Wednesday 25th December, Thursday 26th December, Wednesday 1st January 2025.
- Emergency contact – If you subscribe to our PureCare 24/7 emergency support package and need to reach us during closure please call the out of hours number in your contract.
